Do you work with both homes and businesses?
Yes. CDI Contractors works with residential and commercial clients on plumbing, kitchens and bathrooms and other practical refurbishment projects. We provide an oil heating service on domestic systems.
Can I send photos of my project before booking?
Yes. Photos and a clear description of the issue or project help us understand what is needed before arranging the next step. It also means we can save your time and ours if it's something we can't assist with.
Can I provide my own materials?
Yes, clients can often supply their own main materials, fixtures and fittings. CDI Contractors usually provides labour, standard consumables and essential plumbing materials such as pipework, fittings, adhesives, grout and silicone where needed.
Where items are supplied by the client, CDI Contractors is not responsible for product faults, suitability, missing parts, delivery issues, manufacturer warranties, guarantees, returns or replacements. These remain the client’s responsibility and should be handled directly with the supplier or manufacturer.
If supplied items are unsuitable, incomplete, damaged or require additional work to install safely or correctly, this may affect the cost, timing or completion of the project. Any additional labour, materials or alterations required because of an issue with client-supplied items will be discussed and agreed at the point the issue is identified.
